Institutional finance rarely gets a second chance at first impression. Lapis is the Swiss asset manager where we tore up a dated web presence and rebuilt it—visual system, narrative, and digital experience—so analytics, funds, and investor comms read as one credible house, not a patchwork of legacy pages.

Lapis Asset Management sits at the intersection of equity investing, research, and long-horizon client relationships. The ask was not a skin-deep reskin: we rethought how the brand shows up online—typography, colour, layout rhythm, and tone of voice—then carried that through the live site at lapis.finance. I led UX/UI and creative direction alongside Lara D’Argenio on design; Simone Bovino and Jeremy Jornod shipped the build. On the content side, Francesco Streit and I produced corporate film and portrait photography in Switzerland across 2025 and 2026 so the people behind the strategy are as visible as the products. The result is a calmer, more articulate front door for market updates, analytics, and fund storytelling—built to earn trust before anyone reads a single number.
